Let me introduce myself. My name is Martin Brigden-Gwinnutt (or MBG if you prefer). That's me in the picture, so you can put a face to my name. We bought RAD paramotors in January 2007 with the goal of building on the past sucesses of RAD Aviation.
2008 will see what we believe to be significant improvements to RAD paramotors. We will be launching our new "2G" range of paramotors. These will demonstrate a significant improvement in thrust of up to 35% with little or no weight gain. They benefit from a new cage offering increased strength through improved design and materials. A smaller noise footprint on the ground and improved damage tolerance are also features.
We will still manufacture the current range under the "classic" banner as they represent an excellent entry level or "free flight" paramotor. Improvements to the "classic" range include stainless steel tubing and TiG welding, a fully removable fuel tank and cruise control. A fuel gauge option is also available.
With a policy of continuous development, we will be working on further improvements to the RAD paramotor range throughout 2008 as we are totally committed to the future of ultra light paramotors. Our objective is to provide light weight aviation to everyone. So if you dream about flying and want to join us exploring the sky, walking on top of clouds, and enjoying the views from the best seat in the house. Think RAD!.
